Fair Oaks Orthodontics is amazing!
My brother got his braces there back when their office was in Arcadia. That's where I very eagerly began treatment, and I got to finish at their new office! (Which is super amazing!)
Their staff is SO incredible and friendly and full of energy! It's so nice! They really care about their patients, which is really nice!... They still ask about my brother and how he is. They truly care! Which is so amazing!
And the best part is that they made braces as painless as possible for me! Which was difficult because I'm such a baby! And when I was finished with my braces, they even gave me a goody bag full of forbidden foods!... It was so great and really thoughtful!
THEY ARE DEFINITELY AMAZING!!
P.S. Don't tell, but I'm actually kind of sad to be done with my braces. I'll actually kind of miss seeing them!

Both of my kids got braces from Fair Oaks Ortho
(they started their treatment when they were located in Arcadia as Cheung & Jeong Ortho). Drs Cheung & Jeong do terrific work and are very friendly and patient. Both of my kids teeth were very crooked, and the doctors made their mouths into masterpieces. The staff is extremely cheerful & friendly, especially their receptionist, Cynthia. Free refreshments & WiFi and a Mac for guests to use, as well as a giant TV playing movies to keep your little ones engaged. And very reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

Best Orthodontist Ever!
Went here for a second opinion for my daughter, found out information that the first orthodontist absolutely missed. Was so impressed, I intend to get braces here also.

Happy office
My daughter is a difficult patient. She's scared and apprehensive about any kind of doctor or dentist. She's nearly 11 so the pediatric dentists are now to childish for her but adult offices don't have the patience for her. Cheung & Jeong is a place for children without being childish and the staff is cheerful and upbeat which is helping my daughter learn that the ortho office isn't as scary as she once thought.

Kid Friendly
This office is wonderful and not only caters to the parents but helps the kids become part of the process. They didn't talk to me but directed the comments to my son, helping him embrace the orthodontic process and understand what was happening. Now he is excited about getting his teeth fixed.

Great experience
Very friendly & professional staff. Had previously gone to Dr. Hom at this location for my older child,and went back because we had a good experience with him. Had a very good introduction to the new staff when I called back for my younger child, who now has begun here with his braces. Love the office set up---very welcoming. Staff do a great job communicating. Impressed with everyone there. Would highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Cheung & Dr. Jeong and their staff are extremely professional and kind. The entire team really cares about patients. This practice makes the process of getting braces really easy. I was given cost effective options to chose from. I will recommend Dr. Cheung & Dr. Jeong and their team to everyone!

Really wonderful experience
Dr. Jeong is my orthodontist. She explains things thoroughly and gives me a clear idea of what the next step will be. If I can expect a bit of discomfort after an adjustment, I am told ahead of time. I really like her a lot. Carla and Michelle have done a lot of my work and are very gentle and thoughtful. Cynthia, at the front desk, is so sweet and accommodating, that I never fee foolish when I schedule a conflicting appointment and have to change it, which happens more often than I should let it. It always feels like I am visiting friends. I enjoy my experience a lot. And my teeth are much straighter already!!

Happy with my daughter's smile
My daughter's smile is perfect! The time she had her braces on went as scheduled. She hardly ever experienced any pain or discomfort while the braces were on. We never had to sit and wait for long periods of time whenever we went in for an appointment. The staff is always friendly and helpful in the office and on the phone! Great experience!

These guys are friendly and tell me exactly what they need to do. They tell me what I need and how they are going to do it. If you need an orthodontist, go get their number! I really would recommend them.
